The Alpinestars GP Plus V4 Leather Suit - 1PC is a premium one-piece suit designed for sport and track riders, representing a significant evolution in performance riding gear. Crafted with a sophisticated blend of materials, it prioritizes comfort, flexibility, and robust construction.
This advanced leather is not only highly resistant to abrasion and tearing but also lighter than traditional bovine leather. Complementing the leather, Alpinestars Composite Stretch Plus (A-CS® Plus) material is strategically integrated into the side torso and shoulder blades. This material offers superior flexibility, freedom of movement, and enhanced breathability, being lighter and more compact than conventional leather accordion panels.
Further enhancing comfort and performance, the GP Plus V4 incorporates High Resistant Stretch Fabric (HRSF) inserts in key areas like the crotch, back of legs, inner arms, and pectoral regions. Matryx® material on the lower leg contributes to weight savings and provides excellent air permeability. For optimal airflow during intense rides, the suit features perforations in the Flex Plus race leather across the upper chest, abdomen, and thighs.
The suit's design is highly pre-curved in the body, arms, and knees to promote a race-ready fit and improved performance. It includes integrated GP DFS sliders on the shoulders, elbows, and knees for effective friction control, along with Bioflex hip armor. Soft stretch wrist and ankle cuffs ensure a comfortable seal, while a detachable comfort liner treated with biostatic Polygiene® helps maintain freshness. The suit also boasts an aerodynamic "Race" spec Supertech R10 aero hump, designed to work in conjunction with Alpinestars helmets for optimal streamlining.
